Water Shut-off, Monday, April 20th, Creston South

Residents of Creston South are advised that there will be a water shut-off on Creston Boulevard at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, April 20th, to facilitate the installation of a new valve on Farrell’s Hill. This water shut-off will affect residents on Creston Boulevard from Clarke’s Playground to the intersection of Marine Drive. Residents on the odd side of Cheeke’s Road plus civic address no. 16 are also affected as per the mapping below. Residents on the even side of Cheeke’s Road, as per the green line, will not be affected.

The water shut-off will be for an indefinite period of time.

This shut-off will be subject to weather. Should weather prevent this work, it will move ahead to Tuesday, April 21st. Residents should check for an update either way on Monday morning.

Once the water has been turned back on, residents are advised to turn on their outside taps to mitigate issues with air in their lines and discoloration.

The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and thanks you for your patience.
