As per section 39 of the Towns and Local Service District Act, Council needs to set a schedule for regular Council meetings as follows:
The first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Centre, with the following exceptions:
- January’s meetings will take place the second and third Tuesday to accommodate the New Year’s holiday
- one meeting for the month of July, to take place on the first Tuesday
- one meeting for the month of August, to take place on the first Tuesday
Schedule:
January 13 & 20, February 3 & 17, March 3 & 17, April 7 & 21, May 5 & 19, June 2 & 16, July 7, August 4, September 1 & 15, October 6 & 20, November 3 & 17 and December 1 & 15
