Residents are advised that in addition to regular garbage collection moving ahead a day to Friday for this week only due to weather, bulk garbage collection is also affected.
Bulk garbage that was to be collected on Tuesday, January 27th, will be collected on Wednesday, January 28th, for the following areas:
* Black Brook; Greenwood Street and extensions; Creston Boulevard (Creston South); Charlotte Street and extensions; and Ville Marie Drive (Keyin College Road to Route 220 Gr. Bank Highway)
Bulk garbage that was to be collected on Wednesday, January 28th, will be collected on Thursday, January 29th, for the following areas:
* Ville Marie Drive (Creston North) to Queen Street.; Harris Drive and Harris Drive extensions
Bulk garbage collection has already taken place in the Marine Drive/Little Bay area and McGettigan Boulevard/Mooring Cove area (January 22nd).
There will be no bulk garbage collection for February or March however, residents can bring bulk garbage directly to the waste disposal site.
