Residents are advised that a major water leak has been located on McGettigan Boulevard. Water in the area of the Town Hall/Fire Hall has been immediately shut off for an indefinite period of time to facilitate the repair.
Motorists are to use caution driving through McGettigan Boulevard.
Wongs Palace Restaurant and Mary Brown’s are affected by the shut-off.
Both businesses are advised to turn on their outside taps or inside cold water taps to mitigate issues with air in their lines and discoloration once the water is turned back on.
