NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE TOWN OF MARYSTOWN MUNICIPAL PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, 2017-2027

MUNICIPAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 2, 2024, AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AMENDMENT NO. 2, 2024

The Town Council of Marystown is considering a request for a change to the Town of Marystown Municipal Plan and Development Regulations, 2017-2027.

In general terms, the purpose of this change is to re-designate an area from “Public Institutional” to “Commercial” and rezone an area from “Public Institutional” to “Commercial”. The intent of these changes is to enable the construction and operation of a garage/fabrication shop on Garnish Pond Road by the former Anglican Church.

The Town Council of Marystown wishes to receive any comments or representation on these proposed changes. Anyone wishing to make a comment, objection, or representation should submit a signed statement outlining their concerns to the Town Hall, 150-168 Ville Marie Drive, P.O.
