Residents of Thompson Street are advised that starting on Monday, June 24th, Mallay’s Industrial Services Ltd. will begin work in preparation of upgrades to the Town’s water and storm sewer systems. Work will start at the intersection of Thompson Street with Forest Road to install a temporary water hookup and move inwards as asphalt is stripped as per the image below. As prep work is completed at this section, Mallay’s will move down the road to begin work on another section and so on.
Work will start at 7:00 a.m. each morning and end at 7:00 p.m.
Traffic will be limited to local traffic only. If you do not need to access this section of road, please utilize an alternate route to enter/exit Thompson Street.
Motorists are to obey all traffic/safety measures that are put in place.
