Motorists are advised that the speed limit from Landing Place Pond on Route 220 to the intersection of the Creston Causeway with Route 210 has been reduced from 80/60 km/hr to 50 km/hr. This reduction in speed has been approved by the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure and has been implemented for safety purposes as a result of increased traffic in the area caused by the closure of Canning Bridge.
Signage has been erected in the affected area.
