The Town of Marystown calls for proposals for the sale of a parcel of land at 113-117 Atlantic Street, Marystown, containing an area of approximately 1,000 square meters. An estimated land diagram is attached below.
The purchaser will be responsible for all legal, survey and other associated costs relating to the sale. HST will be in addition to the proposed purchase price.
Sealed proposals, clearly marked “Proposal for Purchase of Land – Atlantic Street” will be received at the Marystown Municipal Centre, 150-168 Ville Marie Drive, no later than 3:00 p.m., May 9, 2025 and should be addressed as follows:
