Due to the hot weather and lack of rain, the water level at Clam Pond has dropped and is continuing to drop. The Town of Marystown is encouraging residents and businesses to conserve water where possible. Please note that this is not to the extent of last year’s water conservation however, by working together to conserve water, it lessens the chance of a situation like was encountered last year. Without the cooperation of all residents and businesses, the Town may be forced to implement further restrictions to ensure water levels do not drop dangerously low.
