Residents residing in the vicinity of Marystown Central High School are advised that in celebration of the graduating class of 2025, there will be a fireworks display taking place tomorrow, May 23rd (Friday), between 9:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. This display is expected to last 5-7 minutes.
Residents living in the area who have pets should bring them inside to keep them safe. Pets that are extra sensitive to the noise/flashing lights caused by fireworks would benefit from their owners closing the curtains, turning on the TV/radio, providing a safe space such as a carrier and toys/treats for distraction.
If you need to walk your pet, please do so (on a leash!) before the noted time to ensure your pet doesn’t try to bolt.
Residents should ensure their pets have the proper identification so if they are lost, they can be returned to their owners.
