The Town of Marystown requests Expression of Interest for the development of a mixed-use zone in the area of the Town known as the former CHCM property on Ville Marie Drive. This area contains approximately 42 acres of land, with a large portion of this suitable for development. Development plans for a subdivision preferred but open to other plans that are permitted for this zone. Sealed proposals, clearly marked “Expression of Interest for Development of CHCM Land” will be received at the Marystown Municipal Centre, 150-168 Ville Marie Drive, no later than November 15, 2023 at 3:00pm and should be addressed as follows:
