The Town of Marystown requests Expression of Interest for the development of a residential subdivision in the area of the Town known as the former CHCM property on Ville Marie Drive. This area contains approximately 42 acres of land, with a large portion of this suitable for development. Sealed proposals, clearly marked “Expression of Interest for Development of Land” will be received at the Marystown Municipal Centre, 150-168 Ville Marie Drive, no later than, December 13, 2023 at 3:00 pm and should be addressed as follows:
