The Burin Peninsula Regional Service Board would like to advise residents of changes to the waste collection schedule due to the National Day for Truth & Reconciliation Holiday.
The waste collection schedule for Wednesday, September 30th, to Friday, October 2nd, will be pushed ahead one day to accommodate the holiday. For Marystown, this means that waste collection scheduled for Thursday, October 1st, will be collected on Friday, October 2nd. This change in schedule is for next week only.
The waste disposal site will be closed on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, in recognition of the holiday.
