The Town of Marystown calls for proposals for the takeover of Land on Greenwood Street, Marystown for the purpose of Residential Subdivision Development. The area contains approximately fifteen (15) lots, a 15m road allowance, proposed utility easements and it has a combined area of 2.9557 hectares. Each lot must be developed individually (no combining of lots will be permitted). Copies of the specifications are available upon request from the Department of Planning & Economic Development at 709-279-1661 ext. 258.
The recipient will be responsible for all legal, survey and other associated costs relating to the land. Stipulations would be put in place for the land to be fully developed with a subdivision within 2 years, and the Town will choose a recipient based off of their proposal.
Sealed proposals, clearly marked “Proposal for Greenwood Street West Land” will be received at the Marystown Municipal Centre, 150-168 Ville Marie Drive, no later than 4:30pm February 21th, 2024 and should be addressed as follows:
