Residents of Ville Marie Drive are advised that the water will be shut off immediately today, October 2/24, to facilitate the repair of a waterline break at the intersection of Ville Marie Drive with School Road. The water will be off for an indefinite period from the intersection of Raymond’s Road/Ville Marie Drive to the intersection Harris Drive/Ville Marie Drive. Side roads are affected including School Road, Baker’s Cove Road and Baker’s Place. The high school is also affected. Harris Drive is not affected.
Residents are advised to turn on their outside taps or inside cold water taps to mitigate issues with air in their lines and discolouration once the water is turned back on.
