Residents are advised that the valve near Mr. Jim Stacey’s residence at 8 Old Mill Road will be shut off at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow, August 27th, to facilitate the repair of a water leak.
The following properties will lose access to water:
* Residences with addresses higher than 8 Old Mill Road
* Residences from the intersection of Marine Drive with Old Mill Road to the end of Little Bay – all side streets included
The following properties will not lose access to water:
* Residences at 8 Old Mill Road and lower
* Kelly’s Road
This water shut-off will be for an indefinite period.
Residents are advised to turn on their outside taps or inside cold water taps to mitigate issues with air in their lines and discolouration once the water is turned back on.
