MUNICIPAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 2, 2024, AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AMENDMENT NO. 2, 2024

PUBLIC INSTITUIONAL TO COMMERICIAL ZONING FOR GARAGE/FAB SHOP


A public briefing session is being held on February 26th, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at the Marystown Municipal Centre to allow for public input into a Municipal Plan & Development Regulations amendment that would redesignate and rezone a parcel of land on Garnish Pond Road from Public Institutional to Commercial Zoning to accommodate a garage/fab shop.

Persons who wish to appear at this briefing session are asked to contact the Town’s Planning and Economic Development Director prior to the meeting. If there is no interest expressed on or before 12 noon February 26th, 2024, this briefing session will be cancelled.
