When driving through McGettigan Boulevard, motorists are reminded to slow down as soon as they see the construction zone signage and keep a good distance from the car ahead in case of sudden stops. Pay attention, be patient and obey all flag persons and signage that may be in place. Expect possible delays at times and ensure you have enough time to get to your destination.
There are fines in place for motorists who do not obey the rules of a construction zone. Motorists who don’t slow down risk causing a collision or worse.
