The Town Council of Marystown has received a Development Application to construct an accessory building measuring 30’ x 40’ at 12 Gifford’s Road, Marystown, NL.

As the proposed development is a discretionary use (in that the size of the accessory building is large compared to the dwelling on the lot and the size of structures on neighboring properties) in a Residential Zone in the Town of Marystown Development Regulations – 2017-2027, anyone wishing to comment, support or object to this proposal may do so in writing to
